The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Friday, August 26, 1955


Mrs. Lena Mable Storey, 67, of Knox, Ind., died suddenly at her home Thursday, 
August 25.  She was born September 25, 1887 at Adrian and lived in Ionia the 
most of her life until 21 years ago when they moved to Knox, Ind.  While she 
lived here she was a member of the First Presbyterian church.

Survivors are her husband, William C. Storey; two sons, Gerald of Walkerton, 
Ind. and William F. of Chelsea; one brother, Fred Knight of Ann Arbor and two 
sisters, Mrs. Ogden Moore of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Mrs. Robert Cramer of 
Brecksville, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Price 
funeral home in Knox, Ind.  The body will arrive in Ionia and funeral services 
will be held at Myers funeral home Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  the Rev. 
George Rentschler will officiate and burial will be in the family lot in 
Highland Park cemetery.
