Stout died at the home of her brother, George Stout in this city on Tuesday morning, April 14th, aged 25 years. The deceased who had been employed in the Belding Bros. & Co’s mill for some time was taken with the grippe a week ago and as she has been in poor health for some time, it took a serious turn, and boggled the treatment given her by the attending physicians. She was a member of the L.O.T.M. and although not a member of any church was closely identified with the Baptist denomination and an attendant at their services. The funeral was held from the residence at one o’clock this (Thursday) afternoon, Rev. H.N. Spear conducting the services, interment taking place at Greenville in Forest Home Cemetery.
