Ruby Maria Stovall, aged 81, of Muir, passed away Friday, December 2, 2005 in 
Lansing. She was born February 11, 1924 in Sebewa Twp., the daughter of Eli 
and Dora (York) Hissong. She retired from Chrysler Plant in Lyons in 1979 and 
was a member of Lyons VFW Auxiliary 4646.

Ruby is survived by her longtime companion Duane Irrer of Muir; sons, William 
(Bill) Kellogg of Harrison, Fred and Loucille Kellogg of St. Johns, Gerald and 
Lorraine Kellogg of Rockford, seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and 
two great-great- grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday at Lake Funeral Home in Muir with Rev. Greg 
Gladding officiating. The family received friends and relatives Monday at the 
funeral home. You may make memorial contributions in Ruby's name to Lyons VFW 
Post 4646 Ladies Auxiliary.
