PATRICIA E. STOWELL
Patricia E. (Peabody) Stowell, age 80 of Ionia, passed away Jan. 26, 2016, in 
Ionia. She was born July 15, 1935, in Ionia, the daughter to Kenneth and Mary 
(Kennedy) Peabody.

Patricia married John Stowell on May 4, 1962. he passed on Dec. 1, 2008. She 
graduated from Ionia High school, Class of 1953. Patricia was a life member of 
St. John's Episcopal Church, long-time organizer of the St. John's Chicago 
trips, and St. Barnabas Guild. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, 
friends, and the Ionia bunch for lunch in Panama City, Fl. Her geatest joy in 
life was making memories with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  
Patricia is survived by her children, Dennis Cronk of Grand Ledge, Dawn 
(Darrell) Reynolds of Ionia, Kim (Mike) Danielski of Grand Rapids, Deanna Parker 
of Grand Rapids, Brian (Brenda) Cronk of Ionia and Lila "Lori" Christiansen of 
Jacksonville, Fl; grandchildren, Andrew Cronk, William Cronk, Zoe (Alex) Cronk-
Young, Brian Cronk Jr., Catherine (Jason) Brown, Breana (Ryan) Cronk-Moore, 
Jessica (Dustin) Shinaver, Ferris (Marcelo) Murillo, Jennifer Phillips, Cassie 
(Brad) Harris, Cory (Erin) Reynolds, Trent Reynolds, Angela (Joe) Clare, Kelly 
(Wayne) rench, Erin Danielski, Summer Danielski, Tabitha Danielski, Andrea 
(Chase) Furaitar, Dan Miller, Steve (Stacie) Miller, and Jenna (Bob) Belter; 31 
great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Anne (David) Alexy of Shelby.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Peabody; mother & Step-father, 
Mary and Clinton Kline; husband John Stowell; son, John Stowell; grandson, Neil 
Smejkel; great-grandson, Gabriel Reynolds, sister, Loretta Peabody; and brother, 
Joe Peabody.
 Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 31, 1:30 PM at St. John's Episcopal 
church with Father Kirkmand officiating. Visitation on Saturday, Jan. 30, from 
2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Lake funeral Home in Ionia. Those wishing may make 
contributions to the Amerian Diabetes Association or St. John's Episcopal
