Born January 14, 1912 
Daughter of Marion and Mary Jackson Mutschler
Grew up near Clarksville
Graduate of lake Odessa High School in 1928

Married Ronald E. Durkee, widowed in 1956
Married Stanton Strickland on October 18, 1958 near Lake Odessa

Survived her husband, Stanton Strickland, daughter, son, son-in-law; sister-in-
law; six grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and five great great 
grandchildren

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald Durkee; her son Samuel at 
birth; brothers, Lyle and Lloyd Mutschler; daughter, Lois Jackson; son-in-law, 
Robert Mayhew and step-son, Steve Strickland
