The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, December 30, 2014


Lambert Struble, aged 89, of Ionia, passed away on December, 24, 2014.  He was 
born September 18, 1925 in Muir the son of Harry and Nellie (Gardner) Struble.  
Lambert married Betty Jean Warfield on May 15, 1947 in Ionia.  She preceded him 
in death earlier this year.

Lambert served in the Army at the Battle of the Bulge during WWII.  Lifetime 
member of the Lyons V.F.W.  One of his favorite pastimes was restoring antique 
tractors.

Lambert is survived by his children, Suzanne Coyish of Ionia, Katherine Tiffany 
of Ionia, Robert Paul (Amy) Struble of Sheridan, David (Joy) Struble of Lyons, 
and Julie Gozales and Rick of North Carolina; and sister, Marilyn Baldwin of 
Ionia; 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and three great-great 
grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Struble; 
and son, Tom Struble.

No Funeral Services will be held at this time.
