Ionia County News, 15 Jan 1942

Hubbardston – Funeral services for Charles R. Stuck, 73, were held Saturday 
afternoon, January 10, from the Burns Funeral Home.  Rev. Robinson officiated 
at the services.  Interment was in the East Side cemetery.

Charles Stuck, son of Charles and Frances Stuck, was born June 3, 1868, at 
Hubbardston, where most of his life was spent.  He was married to Minnie 
Townsend and to this union three children were born, Mrs. Wm. DeByle of Grand 
Rapids, Harry who died in infancy and Mrs. Norwood Cranson of Grand Rapids.  
His wife preceded him in death in October 1932.  Besides the daughters, there 
are eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.  Death came to Mr. Stuck 
January 7 after a short illness.
