                               LYONEL R. STUDT

PEWAMO - Lyonel R. Studt, 74 of route 1 M21, Pewamo, died Tuesday at Ionia 
County Memorial Hospital following an illness of 11 weeks.

Born in Pewamo January 8, 1900, he was the son of Frederick and Mertie Lyon 
Studt. He was a graduate of St.John high school in 1918 and took a short course 
in bookkeeping at Ferris Institute at Big Rapids.

He worked for a short time in a bank before returning to the family farm which 
he farmed until his recent illness.

He has a cousin, Jack Fleming of Pewamo.

Also surviving is a brother, Earl Studt of Ypsilanti.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2  pm at the Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir. 
Dr.Lloyd Walker of the LeValley United Methodist church will officiate and 
interment will be in East Plains cemetery.
