COLTON STURGEON, 5
Colton James Sturgeon (Barber), 5, of Belding passed away Nov. 5, 2017. He 
was born on March 31, 2012.

Colton is survived by his parents, Taylor and Steffanie Sturgeon of Belding; 
biological parents, Steven Lake and Katilyn Barber of Ionia; siblings, 
Izzabelle Liley of Greenville, Kinsley Ward, Kaiser Ward and Kylor Ward, all 
of Ionia; grandparents, Dirk and Laurie lake of Ionia, Denise Mueller of 
Ionia, Robert and Deb of Grand Rapid, John Barber II of Orleans; great-
grandparents, Margaret and Robert Bennett of Ionia, Wendell and Virlene 
Schneider of Iowa, John Mueller of Iowa, John Barber St. ofIonia; aunts 
uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Greg Mueller; great-grandmother, 
Joyce Mueller; great-grandfather, LG Lake; grandmother, Beatrice Dean; 
uncles, Zack Barber and Alex Brown.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, at 1 p.m. at the Lake 
Funeral Home in ionia with Pastor Kavin Schneider officiating. interment 
Easton cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service. Those wishing may make 
memorial contributions to Helen DeVos Children Hospital.
