Succop Succumbs to Long Illness. Miss Jane Succop, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. B.H. Succop, North Jefferson street, passed away this morning at 4 o’clock at the home of her parents after a long illness. Miss Succop graduated from the local high school in the class of 1918, and since that time, until last July, was employed in the office of the Ypsilanti Reed Furniture company. Last July, not being well, the family thought a rest would bring her back to a healthy condition, but to no avail. In August she went for treatment at the Howell sanitarium, returning in early December. During the past few days she has failed rapidly, and her death occurred this morning at 4 o’clock. Miss Succop was well known by the younger set of the city, and loved by all. She was born in Ionia, and had been a life-long resident of the city. Besides her parents she is survived by three brothers, Rev. Henry Succop, of Big Rapids; Martin Succop and Theodore Succop, who resided at home, and three sisters, Helena Succop, Gertrude Succop, and Miss Margaret Succop, a trained nurse of Detroit, who has been here to help care for her sister.
