Succop, 76, will be Friday at 2 p.m. at St. Johns Lutheran Church. Rev. A.R. Gallert will officiate and interment will be at Highland Park cemetery. Miss Succop died Monday afternoon at her home at 331 Bliss. She was born at Havana, Ill., November 29, 1893, the daughter of B.H. and Katherine Riedel Succop. She came to Ionia when her parents were called here to serve the St. Johns Lutheran Church in 1894. She received her education at the local Lutheran school and Ionia public school and graduated from Lutheran hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind., as a registered nurse in 1918. Two years ago she observed 50 years in the nursing profession. She was a member of the state nursing association in both Michigan and Indiana having practiced in Fort Wayne, Ind., Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, St. Johns and Ionia hospitals. She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran church. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Harry Closser of Livonia; two brothers Theodore, with whom she made her home, and Martin of Ionia.
