Supp, 66 of Horizon drive, died Thursday afternoon at Peter Bent Brigham hospital in Boston, Massachusetts following a short illness. He was born in Chicago July 25, 1911, the son of Paul and Mary Mali Supp, sr. Mrs. Supp graduated from SS. Peter and Paul academy after the family moved to Ionia and attended Central Michigan university and the Gregg court reporting school in Chicago. He married the former Rose Luznak at St. Cyril's church in Banister in December 1939. They made their home in Ionia since that time. he served with the US Army in the Pacific theater during World War II. Mrs. Supp retired from the Michigan Reformatory in January 1975 as mail department superintendent and was also employed by the Michigan Parole board for six years. He was a member of SS. Peter and Paul church and the board of directors of the Ionia Governmental Employees credit union. Survivors include his wife, two sons, George P. of Grand Rapids and Gary of Saginaw; one daughter, Mrs. Gerald (Barbara) Burrows of Ionia; one brother, Lawrence of Charlotte; one sister, Mrs. Leonard (Ann) Hudson of Imlay City and four grandchildren. Funeral mass is Monday at 11 am at SS. Peter and Paul church with Rev. Father Henry Dondzilla officiating. Burial is in Mt. Olivet cemetery. Parish rosary will be recited at the Leddick funeral home Sunday at 7 p.m. A family wake will be at the funeral home Saturday at 8 pm with Zenon Cardenas officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A memorial fund is established for the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis society of America.
