Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Tues. July 24, 2012

Shirley A. Sutliff, 79, of Ionia passed away on Friday, July 20, 2012. She was 
born on Aug. 12, 1932 in Ionia the daughter of Elmer and Clarabelle (Ward) 
Zeigler.

Shirley enjoyed doing crafts, camping, playing cards, bingo and music. Most of 
all she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Clare Sutliff; 
granddaughter, Treva; and several brothers and sisters. 

Surviving are her children, Thomas C. (Lillian) Sutliff Jr., Donna K. Campbell, 
Patricia G. Gonzalez, George F. (Barbie) Sutliff, Clare E. (Tami) Sutliff; 10 
grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The Funeral Service will be conducted by Pastor Roy Atherton at 1 p.m., 
Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at the Lehman Funeral Homes, Ionia Chapel. Burial will 
be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Ionia. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 
and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
