Ionia Daily Standard, 10 Feb 1891

Mrs. John Sweeney, formerly a resident here, died of consumption, at the
residence of her daughter in Portland, last night.  Funeral will be held at
Portland at 9 a.m. tomorrow, and the remains will be brought here for interment
in Oak Hill cemetery.  Deceased was a cousin of Mrs. C. R. Dye, who, with
several others of our citizens, will attend the funeral.
