Margaret Wanda Swift, 52, of Ionia, died Sunday, May 21, 1995, at her residence.
 She was born August 28, 1943, in Edmore, the daughter of Floyd and Lucetta
(Eager) Wright Sr.  She married Arnold Jim Swift August 4, 1964, in Belleville.
 She graduated from Ionia Adult Education in 1980.  She was a member of the
Ionia Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Arnold, two sons: Arnold Jr., of Quantico, VA;
Kenneth, of Ionia; one daughter, Peggie L. Wells, of Bowling Green, Ken.; two
brothers: Floyd Wright, of Fenwick; Donald Wright, of Sheridan; two sisters:
Paula Galehouse, of St. Louis; Cindy Wright, of Six Lakes, and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Ionia Seventh Day
Adventist Church.  The Rev. James Micheff will officiate.  Burial will be in
Balcom Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2
p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir.
