The Ionia County News, Thursday, March 14, 1929


Two more Ionia county pioneers have passed on during the past week this time 
death entering Odessa township and removing Mrs. Henry Swinn and Henry 
Spinchcomb, both lifelong residents of the community.

Mrs. Swinn died Sunday at the age of 88, death coming at her home in Lake 
Odessa.  Funeral services were  Wednesday from the Calvary United Brethren 
church, Rev. H. M. Dawson officiating.  Burial was in Lakeside cemetery.
