SHERIDAN - John R. Sylvester, 81 of 11397 Vickeryville Rd., Fenwick, died Sunday 
at Ionia County Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 22, 1899 at Irwin Pa., the son of John and Mary Sylvester.

He was a retired train dispatcher with the Pennsylvania Railroad.

Mr. Sylvester was a resident of the Fenwick area for the past 34 years and 
formerly of Pennsylvania.

He married Kathryn Newcombe Dec. 21, 1946
His wife and cousins survived.

Funeral services at Stebbins and Simpson Funeral Home, Sheridan with Rev. Gerald 
W. Bowen officiating.

Burial at Palo Cemetery
