Rev. Charles Fullmer of the First United Methodist church will officiate and interment will be at Tuttle Cemetery. Mrs. Sypher, who lived at 126 East Lytle, died Monday morning at Blodgett Memorial hospital in Grand Rapids Hospital where she had been a patient for two months. Born in Lyons township October 11, 1905, she was the daughter of Claude and Mae Somers Croel. She attended the Gorham school and graduated from Lyons high school. At one time she worked in the office of Dr.Maynard of Ionia. September 29, 1928, she was married to Roy Sypher in Ionia and he died August 1971. She continued to make her home in Ionia until September of 1974 when she went to Lowell to live with her son and family. She was a member of the Daughters of the American revolution and Mrs.Morrall's Sunday school class of First United Methodist Church. Her survivors include a son, Keith of Lowell, and one granddaughter. A daughter and two grandsons preceded her in death.
