DAVID KEITH TALCOTT
David Keith Talcott age 83 of Saranac, MI passed away December 2, 2018. He was born
October 17, 1935 in Saranac the son of Keith and Gertrude (Locher) Talcott. He
graduated from Saranac High School, class of 1953. He went on to marry Eleanore Biggs August
23, 1957 in Saranac. Dave worked in the department of corrections, retiring in 1989 as
shift commander. He loved traveling to their cabin in Canada and enjoyed traveling with
his wife to other countries.

Surviving are his loving wife of 61 years Eleanor Talcott, sons Mark K. Talcott of
Saranac, David M. Talcott of Lowell; grandchildren, Larissa Taylor, Connor Talcott, Erin
Talcott, Haley  Talcott, and Fiance Pierce Sadlier, great-grandson Takoda Taylor; brothers and
sisters-in-law Joe and Helen Wyman of Saranac, Larry Biggs of Lowell, David and Sharon Biggs of
Portland, Virgil and Connie Biggs of Saranac, Marcia and Bruce Baird of Lowell and
many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Jeanne Knopp, 
Shirley Swiger, and Patricia Wyman; brothers William Talcott and Charles Talcott.

Celebration of life will be held Friday, December 7th at 2:00 PM at the Saranac
Community Church with Pastor Becky Poor officiating. Visitation will be held at the Lake
Funeral Home in Saranac on Wednesday 4-7 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Saranac First
Responders or Saranac Community Church food pantry. Online condolences may be made
