Ionia Daily Sentinel, 14 Feb 1908

South Boston Feb.12. – The funeral of Marsh Tallant was held at the M.E. church
Sunday at two o’clock.  Rev. Ogg, of Lowell, officiated.  The Masons had charge
of the funeral, attending in a body from Lowell and Saranac.

[Transcriber’s note:  There are notations on the obituary card that he was the
son of Nathaniel and Abbie (Eastman) Tallant, and he was buried in South Boston
Cemetery.]
