LEON S. TALLMAN

BELDING - Leon S.Tallman, 92 of 7036 Palmer Road, Belding, died Saturday at 
Orchard Hills Hospital in Belding.

He was born Feb.5, 1895, at Greenville, the son of Buel and Eva (Stark)Tallman. 
He was a retired farmer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lila, in 1985.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs.Jack (Nevene) Taylor of Gowen, Mrs.Loy 
(Winona) Woolsey of Gowen, Mrs. Verle (June) Mason of Traverse City and Mrs. 
Albert (Betty) Frandsen of Trufant; two sons, Duane Tallman of Belding and 
L.Stanley Tallman of Belding; 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday 1 p.m. at the Huffman Funereal Home in Belding, 
with the Rev. Scott Christiansen officiating.

Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memory Gardens. A memorial has been 
establisher for Ionia County Commission on Aging.
