Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 5 Oct 1950

Hal D. Tanner, 81, who died at his home at 611 West Washington St., Saturday 
morning, were held from the Myers funeral home Tuesday afternoon.  Dr. Paul 
Stewart officiated.  Interment was in the family lot at Balcom cemetery.  Bearers 
were O.D. Gaham, Carleton Hoag, Fred Prall and Ben Banhagel.
