Funeral services will be conducted from the home of her son, Abram Tanner, 649 Union street, Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Rev. F.J.unselect will be in charge of the services. Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery. Mrs. Tanner was the daughter of the late Jacob LaDow, and was born in Ionia township August 23, 1861. Mr. LaDow died 14 years ago but Mrs. LaDow, now 91 years of age, lives on Lytle street. Her husband, Solomon Tanner, died in 1911. Besides her mother and the son mentioned, she leaves these children: Robert J. Tanner, of Midlothian, Ill.; Vernon H. Tanner, Ionia; and Mrs. W.A. Stacy, Grand Rapids; four grandchildren, Marjorie A. Tanner, Esther Ruth Tanner, Perry A. Tanner, and Charles Tanner. --------------- A large number of friends from about the county gathered with those of the city at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Abram Tanner, 649 Union street, Monday afternoon for the funeral services of the former’s mother, Mrs. Ettie A. Tanner, conducted by Rev. F.J. Fitch. Mrs. Tanner died Friday following a long illness. Burial was in Highland Park cemetery. Those acting as bearers were Capt. Edward Minier, Hal Tanner, Warren Tanner, and Louis Tanner. Among those from out of town attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Maxson and Mrs. Kate Van Alstine, Mt. Pleasant, Captain and Mrs. Edward Minier, Camp Custer; Mr. and Mrs. A. Rising, Clarksville; Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Tanner, Midlothian, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Stacy and Mr. and Mrs. John Walker, of Grand Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Dean L. Higbee, and Mrs. Ida Morgan, of Dayton, O.
