Born March 22, 1927 in Palo
Son of George M and Blanche Buffum Tasker
Married to Barbara DeLong on March 22, 1947 in Ronald Township (Ionia County)
Member of First Baptist Church of Palo
Veteran of US Navy (WWII), Serving on the USS Rutledge
Retired from Electrolux in Greenville
Survived by four sons; two sisters Catherine Laskowsky of Lansing and Hester 
Davies of Van Nuys CA; 17 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; four great 
great grandchildren
Preceded in death by his wife; four brothers Robert, Victor, Norman and 
Lawrence; one grandson Charles Austin Tasker III

Services at First Baptist Church of Palo
Burial in Palo Cemetery

NOTE: Obituary says marriage date is 1937.  This is in error and corrected in the
