Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. July 8, 1971

Service Held for Clarence Tasker
Clarence M. Tasker, 74, passed away early Sunday at Pennock hospital, Hastings,
where he had been a patient for two days.

He was born in Odessa township Jan. 1, 1897, the son of John and Jane (Walters)
Tasker, and was a lifelong resident and farmer of the area. Mr. Tasker married Laura Moomawa

August 11, 1922, and they moved to their home on Fifth Avenue in 1950 when he
retired from farming.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, John and Roger Tasker of Lake Odessa; eight 
grandchildren, one great-grandchild and three great-step-grandchildren.

Funeral service were held Tuesday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel, Lake Odessa
Rev. Marvin Zimmerman officiated, with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
