Dec. 25, 1930 MRS. GEORGE TASKER DIES AT LOCAL HOSPITAL Suffered Stroke About Four Weeks Ago, Leaves Husband, Two daughters, and One Son After four weeks of suffering from a stroke of paralysis Mrs. George Tasker died Tuesday night. Mrs. Tasker was cared for in her home for a while during her early sickness by her two daughters, Mrs. George Becker and Mrs. Ervin Mishler. A nurse was also employed. When her condition proved to be more than the daughters could handle with their own home duties she was taken to the local hospital where Mrs. H. H. Chase and helpers gave her every attention. Mrs. Tasker was a very quiet unassuming woman but one highly respected by everyone and dearly loved by her family. She was kind and courteous to every one and she will be greatly missed by everyone. The funeral will be held at the Catholic church in Hastings, Friday at 11 o'clock, eastern standard time, and burial will be in lakeside cemetery here at Lake Odessa. Besides the husband she leaves her daughters above mentioned and a son Carl of Detroit and two grandchildren, besides other relatives and many friends.
