Born September 14, 1902, in Berlin township, she was the daughter of James and Della Palmer Scott. December 26, 1924, she was married in Ionia to Cecil Taylor and lived all her married life in the Saranac area. She was a member of the South Boston church and the Farm Bureau. She also belonged to the Rebekah lodge and was its past noble grand. Surviving besides the husband, Cecil, are a brother, Clifford Scott of Saranac and sister, Matie White of Grand Rapids. The funeral will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Roetman funeral home at Saranac. Rev. Earl Cross of the South Boston church will officiate and interment will be at the Saranac cemetery.
