She was born in Ionia and had been a member of the Visiting Nurses association for 25 years. Surviving are two sisters, Alice Taylor of Minneapolis, and Martha Taylor of Washington; two brothers, the Rev. C. R. Taylor of Covelo, Calif., and Richard L. of Chicago. Services were at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John’s Episcopal church with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens cemetery. Miss Taylor was the daughter of Capt. and Mrs. J. Clark Taylor of Ionia and the family home was on Harter street at West Lincoln avenue. She was a graduate of Ionia high school in the class of 1897. She became a registered nurse, practicing in Ionia for a number of years about 40 years ago. With her brother, the Rev. C. Reed Taylor and Mrs. Taylor, and her sister, Miss Alice Taylor, she visited in Ionia last summer when they were guests of Miss Mary Steele, High street. Miss Steele last month had a card from Miss Taylor which stated that she was in excellent health.
