Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 3 Feb 1920

Richard K. Taylor, better known as Dick Taylor, died Monday evening at his home
in Ionia township after a short illness, at the age of 55.  He leaves besides
the wife, a brother, John L. Taylor also of Ionia township, and a sister, Mrs.
Lucy Scott of [unreadable] Mont.  Mr. Taylor was supervisor from his township
for about [unreadable] years, and also served as [unreadable] treasurer.  The
announcement of the funeral will be made later.

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in Balcom Cemetery.]
