Excerpts from Greenville Obituary
Ronald L. Taylor of Stanton
Died Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.
Son of Leon and Reva (Nostrant) Taylor
Ron served his county in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
Was a member of Sheridan VFW post #5065.
He loved watching Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, & U O F. Football.
Ron loved fishing on Dickerson Lake with his kids & anyone else available.
He also enjoyed Wood Working.
Retired from Federal Mogul in 2003 after 35 years of service. 
Surviving are his daughters, Angie Taylor of Caledonia; Amy Penner of 
Greenville, Julie Langdon of Greenville; step-daughter, Jelane (David) Joachi 
of Rockford; step-son, Bill (Penny) Neese of Stanton; grandchildren, Seth, 
Gabe, Alex, Bailey, Megan and Kyle; sister, Kathy (Chuck) Hall of Beal City; 
special friend, Barb Creigton of Greenville and neighbors, Larry & Betty 
Bennett  and Mike Devlin both of Dickerson Lake
Preceded in death by his parent, wife, Eloise, 2 brothers, a sister, a 
sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and a nephew.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 1-7 p.m. at the 
Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan.
A Celebration of Ron's Life will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 
Shiloh Community Church, Orleans, beginning at 11 a.m with Pastor Ken Harger 
officiating.
Visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church on Wednesday.
Donations in Ron's name to Seiter Educational Center in Greenville.
