(Bill) Taylor age 64, of Hubbardston, passed away Friday, April 20, 2007 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. Bill was born September 14, 1942 in St. Johns to Ray and Tillie (Tews) Taylor. He graduated from Carson City High School in 1960. Bill married Genette Cooper on August 19, 1962 at the Palo Baptist Church. He joined the USMC and served during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a member of the Carson City American Legion Post #380, and was a committee member of Boy Scout Troop #184 of Palo. Bill enjoyed farming with John Deere tractors, being outdoors and even dug his own fishing pond. He is survived by his wife Genette of Hubbardston, three children Kim (John Bogart) Taylor of Fenwick, Bill (Trang) Taylor of Ionia, Jayne (Shannon) Ross of Hubbardston, five grandchildren Emily, Justin and Lauren Ross, Martin and Angelina Taylor. Also eight brothers and sisters Louise Hutmacher of Carson City, Caroline Holland of FL., Evelyn (Keith) Harrison of FL., Lillian Lawrence of Lansing, Shirley Gooding of Crystal, Marion (Louis) Trembley of TX., Dorothy (Guy) Plume of NH., and Raymond (Joyce) Taylor of Maple Rapids, and many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and infant son Brian Steven Taylor. A funeral service will be held Monday, April 23, 2007 at Noon at the Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home in Carson City. Visitation will be held Sunday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation or Carson City Hospital.
