Ionia Sentinel Standard, 14 Apr 2015

Gerald K. Teachworth, age 80 of Ionia, passed away April 11, 2015, in Lansing. 
He was born in Carson City the son of Lloyd and Mary Teachworth.  Gerald married
Connie June 25, 1955.  He was a member of TPA and Junior Chamber of Commerce. 
Gerald worked for the State of Michigan retiring in January of 1992.

Gerald is survived by his wife of 59 years Connie Teachworth of Ionia; son,
Lloyd (Michelle) Teachworth of Texas; daughters, April (Carlos) Ferrer of Eaton
Rapids and Teresa (Nelson) Frizzel of Clarksville; brother, C.L. Teachworth of
Virginia, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death
by his parents, two brothers and four sisters.  

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.  Arrangements by Lake
Funeral Home of Ionia.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Ionia
County Commission on Aging.
