The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, September 24, 1974
Lloyd William Teachworth, 86, of Carson City died Sunday at the Ionia Manor.  
He was a lifetime resident of the Carson City area, born there May 23, 1888.  

Surviving are his wife, Mary; four daughters, Violet Slate of Roscommon, Mrs. 
Juanita Ceasar of Mason, Mrs. Geraldine Ruff of Lansing, and Mrs. Lelah 
Anderson of Saginaw; three sons, Corris of Richmond, Va., Gerald of Ionia and 
Almo Badder of Carson City; 20 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, two 
sisters, Mrs. Daisy Benjamin of Middleton and Mrs. Lillian VanHorne of 
Lansing; brother, Albert of Big Rapids.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Burns-Schnepp funeral 
home at Carson City.  Elder Gordon Stecker of the Ionia Seventh Day Adventist 
church will officiate and interment will be at Carson City cemetery.
