Mrs. Ruth D. Locher Tefft, 71, formerly of Saranac and Hubbardston died Sunday 
at Bradenton, Fla.

She was born in Saranac, July 6, 1901, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Locher.

Surviving besides her husband, Louis, are a son, Larry; stepson Alfred and two 
sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Talcott of Saranac and Mrs. Esther Baie of Silvis, Ill.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Morris-Roetman funeral home in 
Saranac.  Rev. James Frank will officiate and interment will be at Saranac 
cemetery.  Visitation hours at the funeral home are Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. 
and Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
