Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard - Fri. Feb. 26, 1937

Alfred Teft, 83, died at his home in Keene township late Thursday night 
following a week's illness.

He was born in Keene township August 18, 1853, and has lived there 43 years of 
his life. He is survived by a son James, eight grandchildren, and two great-
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Easton 
Community church. Burial will be in the Pinckney cemetery in Keene township.
