Jan. 27, 2016 RONALD C. TEFFT Ronald C. Tefft, age 81 of Fenwick, passed away on Jan. 21, 2016, at the Laurels of Fulton. He was born the son of Clyde and Rosella (Edens) Tefft on Nov. 3, 1934, in Muskegon. Ron is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Eugene Tefft and a nephew, Terry Richards. Ron loved the outdoors and was a Boy Scout leader of the Palo troop 184 for 34 years. He enjoyed his huge garden, maintaining his lawn and caring for the bee hives on his property. Ron was a graduate of Carson City High school in 1953 and through out High School he worked at the Spaniola's Food Market. After high school, Ron joined the National Guard and worked on various road construction projects up north, he also drove truck for Central Soya in Portland. Ron was also a member of the Palo United Methodist Church. Surviving Ron is his sister, Darlene Richards of Fenwick; sister-in-law, Joyce Tefft of Fenwick and several nieces and nephews. In honoring Ron's wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service for him will be held at a later date.
