Ionia County News, page 6, 3 Jan 1946

James F. Teft was born July 3, 1874, and passed away at his home in Easton Dec.
29.  He leaves four sons, Louis, of Ft. Knox, Ky., Verle, of Warren, Mich.; Lee
and Bert, of Saranac; five daughters, Mrs. Agnes Van Huelen of Grand Rapids,
Mrs. Anna Munger of Ionia, Dorothy of Easton, Mrs. Emma Rickert and Mrs. Helen
Berndt of Saranac; 15 grandchildren and one stepson, Clarence Carr, of Saranac.
 The funeral service was held at the Morris Funeral Home Tuesday with burial in
the Pinckney cemetery.
