Belding Banner - Thurs. June 29, 1899

The body of Orlan Temple, a son of Daniel Temple of Easton, was found Sunday 
morning dead on the D, G. R. & W. track north of the S.H. of C. and horribly 
mangled by being run over by trains. It is thought there might have been foul 
play and Sheriff Moon, on investigation ascertained that Dora Case was with the 
young man until a late hour Saturday night. Case, who is quite well known here, 
told conflicting stories and he was placed under arrest.
