The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, May 19, 1919


The remains of Daniel Temple arrived Saturday night from Grand Rapids, and the 
funeral was held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the Church of Christ, Rev. C. C. 
Buckner officiating.  The music was furnished by Mrs. Fox and Mrs. Hathaway, 
with Mrs. Bloomer at the organ.  The bearers were Joseph McCord, William 
Conner, James Lyle, Sr., Burton Babcock, John Metzgar, and Charles Ross.  The 
interment was in Highland Park.  Mr. Temple was a member of the G.A.R. and the 
Post attended the funeral in a body.
