ROY): THE IONIA DAILY STANDARD, (MI), Saturday, Oct. 26, 1918, page 4: "BRIEF MENTION. - Mrs. Pearl Terry, wife of Roy Terry, died Friday evening, at the home in Easton, from pneumonia following influenza. She leaves besides her husband, two small children, all of whom are down with the influenza. She also leaves her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irving H. Brown, of Easton, and a sister, Mrs. Grace Rice, of Detroit. Funeral on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the home, Rev. E. E. Branch officiating, with interment in Easton cemetery." THE IONIA DAILY STANDARD, Oct. 28, page 4: "BRIEF MENTION. - The funeral for Mrs. Roy Terry was held at the home in Easton on Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Rev. E.E. Branch was in charge of the service, and the singing was by Mrs. Ehlers and Mrs. Metzger. The bearers were Ford Rowley, Clyde Brown, Chas. Ross, L. Terry and Robt. McCord. The flowers were a very beautiful and most profuse display, testifying the esteem and the sympathy of the friends and family. The interment was in Easton cemetery." THE ADVERTISER, Saranac, MI, October 30, 1918, page 4: "Mrs. Roy Terry, of Easton, died Friday evening from pneumonia following influenza.
