The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, October 24, 1921

The body of Isaac E. Thatcher will arrive Wednesday morning at 9 o’clock from 
California and the burial will take place on Wednesday in Oak Hill cemetery.  
Mr. Thatcher was a former resident of this city.

Subsequent Publication:  Wednesday, October 26, 1921

The body of Isaac Thatcher arrived this morning from Pasidena, California, and 
was taken directly to Oak Hill cemetery.  The body was accompanied by his son-
in-law, J. C. Hills.  Burial took place beside his wife.  The bearers were 
Fred Cutler, Bert Wilson, Bernered Ely, and Alex B. Sibley.
