Ionia County Shopper's Guide, 24 Jan 1998

Clifford Ray Thayer, 68, of Muir passed away January 19, 1998.  Surviving are
his wife, Vola of Muir; sons: Junior (Brenda) Thayer and Chris (Rose) Thayer of
Portland; stepson, Jerry Cooper of Ionia; daughters: Diane (William) Graham of
Portland, Leann (Terry) Woods of Rockford, Hope and Cathy Thayer; brothers
LaVern Thayer of Lyons and Henry Thayer of Lyons; sisters: Minnie Jeffry of
Ionia, Rosella Rushford of Ionia, Norma Jean Thayer of McBride, Marie Devers of
Lyons; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grand-children.  Funeral services will be held
January 24 with burial in Muir Cemetery.  Arrangements by Hull Memorial Chapel
in Muir.
