Excerpts from Obituary
TRINA MARIE THAYER 
Born August 28, 1973 in Grand Rapids.
Daughter of Raymond and Sharon (Devers) Hawley.
Died January 6, 2020.
Sharon graduated from Ionia High School, class of 1992.
Sharon served as a restaurant manager at Burger King and Taco Bell.
Survived by her husband Ric Thayer of Ionia, son Joel Thayer of Ionia; 
brothers Stacy (Jessica) Hawley of Ionia and John Dukes of Ionia: step 
siblings Debra Dukes of Potterville and Lynda (Brian) Whitford of 
Potterville. Many nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, grandparents Gladys (Priest) Womboldt, John 
Devers, Carrie (Hawley) Rhodes and Lloyd Hawley; step-father John Dukes I and 
step-brother Melvin Alexander.
Cremation has take place. Celebration of Life will be held later.
Arrangements in care of Lake Funeral home.
