Ionia Seninel - October 24,1960
Mrs. Anna S. Thelen, 70, died Sunday morning at her home on Charlotte highway, 
rural Portland.  She is survived by her husband, William,; two daughters, Mrs 
Laurine Schafer of Pewamo and Mrs. Adeline Bryner of Portland; a son, Leo of 
Portland; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Wednesday at 9:30 am in St. Patrick Catholic church in 
Portland with the Rt. Rev. Louis Flohe officiating.  Rosary will be recited 
Tuesday at 8 pm at Neller funeral home in Portland.  Interment will be at St. 
Mary's cemetery in Westphalia.
