The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, September 30, 1952

Mrs. Cora Isabelle Theurer, 63, died at 2 p.m. Monday, September 29, of a 
heart attack at her home on East Main street.  She was born February 4, 1889, 
in Muskegon, daughter of Theodore and Ross Randall.  They moved to Ionia when 
she was a baby.  In 1906 she was married to Henry Erickson and to that union 
was born four children.  She married Everett Theurer in 1925 and lived in 
Alpena and Detroit until she returned to Ionia in 1947.

Survivors are her mother, Mrs. Rosa Randall, of Lansing; two daughters, Mrs. 
Thelma Peterson of Ionia and Mrs. Georgia Coleman of Detroit; and two sisters, 
Mrs. Florence Dillenbeck and Mrs. Mary Shattuck, both of Ionia.  

Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Myers funeral home.  Interment 
will be in Balcom cemetery.
