Ionia County News, 6 Jan 1938

Mrs. Dorothy M. Thomas, 29, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis 
Ferguson, in Easton township, at seven o’clock Tuesday evening, January 4.  She 
had been ill for four years.  She was born in Coral, July 25, 1908.  July 11, 
1932, she was married to Paul Thomas at South Bend, Ind., who survives her.

Besides her husband and her parents, she leaves four brothers, Donald, C.B., 
George and Clifford, all of Ionia, and two sisters, Leona and Leola, of Ionia.

Funeral services will be from the home in Easton township at 1:30, Thursday 
afternoon, January 6, with burial at Coral.  Rev. A.J. Westmaas will conduct 
the funeral.
