Stebbins, 530 West Main street. Death followed a nervous breakdown after an illness of several months. She had been a resident at the American House since her removal to Ionia and during the past four weeks she had lived at the Stebbins home. She was born in Easton township August 29, 1886, and was married to Frank Thomas of Easton township December 18, 1906. Mr. Thomas died July 11, 1913. She attended the Dexter school in Easton township. She is survived by her brother, Allen E. Stebbins, of Ionia, and a niece, Mrs. Pearl Jackson of Flint. Funeral services will be held from the Stebbins funeral home Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock and burial will be at the Easton township cemetery. Rev. Frederick G. Dunbar, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church of Ionia of which she was a member, will officiate.
