The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Saturday, February 3, 1912

Mrs. Harriet Thomas, mother of Mrs. James Callow died at the home of her 
daughter in Detroit Friday noon at the age of 87.  The remains will arrive 
here tonight over the Pere Marquette and the funeral will be held Sunday 
afternoon at two o’clock from the residence of Chas. H. Bradley.  Rev. 
Wilkinson will officiate and burial will be in Oak Hill.  One son, Alfred, 
also survives.

The funeral for Mrs. Harriet Thomas, mother of Mrs. Jas. Callow, will be held 
from the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. H. Bradley, 316 East Main street, 
Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock, Rev. Wilkinson officiating.  Interment in Oak 
Hill.  Mrs. Thomas died at Detroit Friday at the age of 87 years.
