Thomas died Wednesday night at Plymouth, Michigan. Born at Brighton, she was a daughter of Wallace and Emma Case and spent her early life in Brighton prior to her marriage to Frank Thomas. After their marriage, they moved to Lake Odessa where he was employed as station agent for the Pere Marquette railroad. He preceded her in death 10 years ago. Since then she spent winters in Plymouth and Detroit. Mrs. Thomas was a life member and past matron of the Lake Odessa Chapter 315, Order of Eastern Star, and a member of the Women’s Fellowship of the Congregational Church. Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Edward (Frances) Ebert of Plymouth and Mrs. Howard (Dorothy) Hosmer of Detroit; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday at 2 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with burial in Lakeside Cemetery. Rev. A.J. Pitman officiated.
