Ionia Sentinel-Standard April 21, 2005 
Maria Thomas, age 63, of Crystal, formerly of Ionia and Palo, passed away Tuesday,
April 19, 2005 in 
Grand Rapids. She was born April 7, 1942 in Trent Horse, Germany the daughter of
Vladimir and Brinca 
Alexandro. She married Richard Thomas December 22, 1960 in Lyons.
Maria is survived by her loving husband Richard Thomas of Crystal; children,
Christina and Don Miller of 
Sheridan, Michele Winslow and fianceŽ Frank Frazier of Crystal, Richard and Nikki
Thomas of Carson 
City; sister Christine and John Thomas of Chicago; ten grandchildren and three great
-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Melissa, and two brothers.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with
Rev. Ken Martin 
officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives Friday from 6 p.m. to 8
p.m. at the funeral home.
